On this hike you will enjoy the tranquility in the nature reserve the Jekervallei. You hike mostly along the Jeker, but also through grasslands, fields, and orchards. Good footwear recommended.
Extensive description CloseThe valley of the Jeker formed in the southeast of Haspengouw. The rolling relief and fertile slopes of the Jekervallei are surrounded by open field areas, with mainly old hay meadows in the valley, enclosed by hawthorn hedges. The Jeker is the only river in Haspengouw that flows into the Maas.
