Extensive description CloseWith the orange hiking loop, you can see the southernmost part of RivierPark Maasvallei. The Maas village Oud-Rekem once lay along the Maas, which over time shifted its bank to the east. You will discover the winding river and its bends during this route. This route alone passes through the nature reserve Hochterbampd, a nature reserve formed after sand extraction. It is definitely worth exploring here all the way to the Maas.
