From Pietersheim, you can explore the dense pine woodlands, old beech avenues, and the vastness of Pietersembos. Further north, you will reach the valuable areas of Zijpbeekvallei and Neerharerheide. You can expect fragrant bog myrtle bushes, beautiful views, peace, and space in one of the quietest and most beautiful spots of the National Park. Admittedly: sometimes there are steep climbs. You have a choice of 8 hikes, ranging in distance from 3.7 km to 12.5 km. Hiking loops can be combined via the hiking switches!
