Kipdorp39 is the perfect base to explore the green surroundings around Bree and Oudsbergen.

Kipdorp 39 is the holiday home par excellence to completely unwind, relax, and recharge with a maximum of 6 people in complete peace. This home combines the tranquility of nature with the comfort of a hotel room. This house stands for positivity and personality, with attention to detail. Above all, Kipdorp 39 is a place to come home to, a bit like how you would want your own home to feel more often.

The bike trail network starts right at the door (node 23) and at the back of our little woodland, you can start hiking towards the valley of the Wijshagerbeek, the Itterbeekvallei, or head to the Duinengordel. Nearby, you can also discover the nature reserve De Luysen or Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen.

For sports enthusiasts, there is the mountain bike trail network, the equestrian centers Sentower Park and Warredal, as well as the Snowvalley ski and snowboard center nearby.
