Welcome to Restaurant WalteRené, where Nadia and Sven warmly welcome you.

After years in the hospitality industry, our dream of owning our own business has become reality, inspired by our fathers, Walter and René, whom we honor with this restaurant. Walter, with Croatian and Italian roots, grew up in Heusden-Zolder and Genk. René, born in Ghent, lived as a proud resident of Aalst.

In the kitchen, Nadia prepares dishes from East Flanders, Croatia, and other beloved holiday destinations with a personal twist. Sven ensures you feel at home in our cozy restaurant, with delicious food and a good glass, to share with family and friends.
