In the courtyard of Kasteelhoeve de Kerckhem, you immediately escape the hustle and bustle. The coat of arms above the front door takes you back to 1648, when the noble family De Kerckhem restored the medieval farmstead and the castle.
The comfortable hotel rooms are decorated in a rural style with warm colors and rich furnishings. One of the rooms is wheelchair accessible, including an adapted bathroom and covered terrace. Downstairs there are several spaces to relax, and in the library you can help yourself at the Honesty bar.
The large kitchen with AGA stove is the beating heart of the farmstead, where Tessa prepares surprising dinners according to the slow food principle with products from her own garden. In the morning, you are welcomed for the extensive breakfast with the smell of freshly baked bread.
