A visit to our restaurant is not just a night out! The name "Peper en Zout" was chosen deliberately. Here we cook uncomplicated and very pure. The Flemish identity of the menu is the top priority for quality. Every dish that comes out of the kitchen is personally "signed" by Dirk. The menu changes with the seasons and the tides. The style of the dishes can best be described as both classic and innovative. A staple for 23 years, an ambassador for our city and our province.
