This holiday home used to be part of the nearby Hollandia gin distillery. The owner lived there. It was recently completely renovated and now offers sleeping accommodation for up to 12 guests.

It is ideally located, just a 5-minute hike from the center of Hasselt, right next to the Kolonel Dusartplein and the Cultural Center. The Trixxo Theater, Plopsa Indoor, and Versus are about a 15-minute hike from the house. The best butcher in Hasselt, a cheese shop, and a good bakery are very close by. The Aldi and SPAR are within hiking distance.

The property features 4 spacious bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen with a south-facing terrace, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed. The 2 largest bedrooms additionally each have a double sofa bed available. A tumble dryer and washing machine are also present. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, etc. Wifi is provided and included.

The house will be fully prepared for you. Beds are made, and towels are provided.
