A hidden treasure in the center of Hasselt

Boutique hotel, located in the center of Hasselt, is run by two friends. 't Hemelhuys was created from their shared interest in welcoming guests from all cultures. Liesbeth and Ann offer their guests an oasis of calm in a relaxed atmosphere where everyone can feel at home. They decorated the hotel out of a love for natural and warm materials. They love original pieces, which they mostly gather at vintage markets in Provence and Paris, coming together here in a charming city house with a beautiful inner garden.
In the mornings, a luxury breakfast is served, of course in the garden when the weather is nice.
Non-hotel guests are also welcome for breakfast (€25.00 per person). This includes everything: various types of bread, croissants and chocolate pastries, a hot drink (espresso, latte macchiato, cappuccino, tea from "Dille & Kamille" or hot chocolate), freshly squeezed orange juice, egg of choice with/without bacon, homemade jams, various cheeses, salami and Italian ham, homemade granola and yogurt, and lots of fresh fruit, all served on self-designed pottery.
Hotel Hemelhuys has tastefully furnished rooms where the charm of the past and contemporary comfort are perfectly balanced.
Each room has a comfortable box spring bed that can be divided into two single beds if desired. There is also a desk and a cozy armchair. A flat-screen TV, internet connection (Wi-Fi), and air conditioning are available everywhere.
All rooms have a separate bathroom with a sink, toilet, and rain shower. The Onyx, Opal, and Aquamarine rooms have a bathtub. The Opal room has a small kitchenette.
There are 2 family rooms: Onyx and Opal (max. 4 persons).
We pamper our guests with bath products from the Scandinavian, organic brand L:A Bruket.

A secured parking space can be reserved for €17.00 per night.
