On the ground floor, you will find the first bathroom with bathtub (and toilet) and a room equipped with washing machine, dryer, and iron. Then, there is the living room with open kitchen. Comics and games are available for our guests. The living room is very bright due to a large sliding door and a partially glass roof.
There is a fully equipped open kitchen with gas stove, microwave, oven, and dishwasher... and plenty of cooking utensils.
Adjacent, and accessible via the large sliding door, is the pleasant garden with L-shaped seating area, parasol, and fire table. Access to the house is via a key safe.
Each bedroom in the house is attractively decorated: the exotic Africa room for brave boys and girls, the sunny butterfly room, and the luxurious music room in the attic, with private sanitary facilities, sink, and shower (the second bathroom).

The house is close to the bakery and a supermarket. Of course, there are many restaurants in the city center and various museums. Also, don’t forget to visit the market (every Tuesday and Friday) at Kolonel Dusartplein.

Ideally located for enthusiasts who want to explore our green Limburg by hiking or biking. Close to the E313 and near the Hasselt station (15 minutes).
