Cosy rural holiday home with spacious garden and covered terrace.
The former sheep barn of the proud owners Klaas and Ciel has been given a new function as a 10-person holiday home after extensive renovation. Located on the edge of the picturesque village of Remersdaal, in the enchanting landscape of the Belgian Voerstreek, this beautiful property exudes rustic charm.
With a focus on the use of natural elements, vibrant colors, and a rural interior, there is a warm cozy atmosphere in the house. Upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious hall that provides access to the kitchen on the left and a cozy bedroom on the right. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. In the semi-open kitchen there is also an extra table with chairs to sit together comfortably while cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen is the open dining and living room, furnished with a large dining table, a comfortable seating area, and a generous corner sofa with a view of the garden. The authentic ceiling recalls the original function of the Lamderije. On the ground floor, there is also an additional toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, an extra refrigerator, and a wheelchair-accessible double bedroom with two single beds, one of which is electrically adjustable.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where via the landing you have access to the other three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own characteristic color palette, playfully continued in the decoration. There are two double bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom. All bedrooms are spacious and have their own bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Although the interior radiates a warm and inviting atmosphere, the outdoor life is just as attractive with no fewer than four terraces to enjoy!
