Cosy holiday home located in a beautiful walking and cycling region

Gijberg is an atmospheric holiday home located in the village of ’s Gravenvoeren. It is an ideal base for exploring the nature-rich, culinary Voerstreek. This fully single-story holiday home is situated at the foot of the Gijberg and owes its name to this hill.

Holiday home Gijberg is part of a 17th-century farmstead. The farmstead originally consisted of a residential house and a farmhouse section with cowsheds. The former stables in the side wing have been transformed into a cozy holiday home.

The small gate on the street side leads you via a few steps to the terrace of the holiday home, where the entrance is also located. Upon entering the home, you step into an inviting, open living space with a Limburgish tile floor. On the left side of the room is the rustic, open kitchen equipped with all conveniences. For example, the kitchen features a 4-burner induction stove, teppanyaki plate, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, kettle, and dishwasher. There is also a round dining table where you can enjoy extended meals and play games. On the right side of the living space is a cozy sitting area with a large open fireplace. On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom furnished with a luxury box spring bed and a bathroom featuring a shower, double sink, and toilet.

At holiday home Gijberg, you also have access to a pleasant outdoor space, namely a sheltered terrace surrounded by plants. Moreover, there is plenty to explore in the area! The Voerstreek is a beautiful region with many hiking and bike trails. Cycling enthusiasts can (on request) store their bikes in the shed next to the home.
