Attractive authentic house on a medieval courtyard in the Voer region
Nestled amidst picturesque valleys and babbling streams in the enchanting Belgian Voerstreek, stands the charming holiday home "Het Nieuwe Huis" with space for eight people. This detached house features a warm 1950s-style interior and is equipped with all modern comforts. Only pure and natural materials such as clay, oak wood, natural stone, and natural paint were used for the construction.
Het Nieuwe Huis is part of a special half-timbered building whose oldest parts date back to the 16th century. With careful craftsmanship, the current owners have restored this historic building and added new homes in a traditional and ecological way. This has created a picturesque medieval courtyard, consisting of different levels, atmospheric passages, a charming inner courtyard, and a lush garden. "Het Nieuwe Huis" is the newest addition to this magical courtyard and has the strongest connection with nature and the beautiful gardens.
Guests of Het Nieuwe Huis can enjoy the sun on their spacious private terrace but can also make use of the shared garden, which is shared with guests from nearby holiday homes. Of course, children have also been considered. For them there is a swing, slide, and sandbox available.
