The Hoge Kempen Regional Map provides an overview of all hikes in the Hoge Kempen (scale 1/38,000).
The map includes the 10 hiking areas of the Nationaal Park Hoge Kempen: Bergerven, Duinengordel, Kattevennen, Lieteberg, Mechelse Heide, Munsterbos, Pietersheim, Station As, Terhills, and Thorpark. Additionally, the hiking area Abeekvallei is included; this area is not part of the Nationaal Park but also belongs to the Hoge Kempen.
This map also shows the numbered hiking switches, which allow you to easily combine loops. Hiking switches mark the places where hiking loops intersect. Each of these intersections has its own number, indicated on the map and on the wooden hiking post in the field. To go to another hiking switch, follow the colored symbol of a hiking loop towards that hiking switch.
